Book review: Library of the Dead

Library of the Dead (Will Piper, #1)Library of the Dead by Glenn Cooper

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was not the story I was expecting. But it was a pleasant surprise. At first it seemed like there were three or four completely unconnected stories going on, murders in present day New York, dodgy goings on in England just after WWII, strange monks in AD777. None of them seemed to have any link. And there was no mention of a library!! Most confusing.
However it does all come together and provides some suspense as the FBI agent in charge of the murder investigation tries to workout what is going on. And it also explains what is really going on in Nevada at Area 51. Or does it?
